Let’s Work Together.

I named the practice “Good Enough” because therapy is not about perfection. It’s about showing up—honoring the part of you that wants things to be better—and building change that holds in real life.

Individual Therapy for Adults (Denver + Teletherapy Across Colorado)

I provide individual therapy for adults who want practical traction and honest feedback—without hype or performative “branding.”

In-person: East Denver (near Leetsdale & Monaco)
Teletherapy: statewide for clients located in Colorado

Call (303) 728-4315 to schedule a brief consult.

Common reasons people call

Some people call because they feel “not depressed, but not okay.” Others call because life has narrowed and they want it back.

I commonly help with:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety, stress, and rumination that won’t shut off

  • Burnout, fatigue, and sleep disruption

  • Irritability, anger, or feeling emotionally flat

  • Grief, loss, and major life transitions

  • Trauma and its aftereffects (hypervigilance, shutdown, avoidance, stuck survival patterns)

  • Relationship strain and repeated relational patterns (worked on through individual therapy)

  • Work stress and confidence/identity issues

  • Chronic health issues or chronic pain affecting mood and functioning

Sometimes the “presenting problem” is one thing, but underneath it’s a smaller set of drivers: too much responsibility, too little support, old coping strategies that once helped but now cost too much, or a nervous system that has been on alert for too long.

What therapy looks like here

My approach is collaborative, direct, and practical. You should have a clear sense of:

  • what we’re working on,

  • why it matters,

  • and what we’re trying next.

Depending on your needs, I draw from:

  • Evidence-based approaches (including ACT, Motivational Interviewing, REBT, and trauma-informed CBT)

  • Longer-term psychodynamic therapy when deeper patterns and history matter

Some clients want focused work toward a defined goal and then stop. Others want longer-term therapy to change deeper patterns and improve relationships, stability, and self-trust. Either can be appropriate.

Fit: who this is (and isn’t) for

Good fit if you:

  • want individual therapy with a steady, reality-based approach

  • can tolerate honest feedback and a clear plan

  • are ready to work consistently (even if motivation comes and goes)

Not the best fit if you’re looking for:

  • Couples therapy as the primary service
(I occasionally do couples work after individual therapy is established and goals are clear.)

  • Crisis-level care that requires immediate response or higher levels of support
(If you are in crisis, call 988 or go to the nearest ER.)

Practical details

  • Adults 19–99
