Second, I will call United to ensure coverage, and I recommend you call united on the “Members” phone number on your card.

Some folks have copay. Ask them.

Others have a deductible, which means they pay the full session cost until they reach that amount. It is better to know that before we start, so there are no surprises.

I’ll send you through the secure portal forms before we meet. Some of the paperwork is routine, and some is required by Colorado law. If you complete it ahead of time, we can use the appointment for therapy instead of forms.
